How Trade Orders Work

How trade orders work at Yahua

Factory-direct BMW parts, straightforward to order. Here is the model.

The model in one paragraph

We are a UK-based BMW aftermarket sourcing operation. Our suspension, brake, carbon styling, exhaust, cooling, drivetrain and wheel hardware lines come straight from our partner factories in China. We run the supply chain side - shipping, customs, paperwork - so the parts land at your door without the usual 6-week solo-import headache. We deal in trade orders. We are flexible about what that looks like.

What is on the table

  • No rigid MOQ on most SKUs - sample or trial orders welcome. Most of our customers start small and scale once the parts have proven out in their workshop.
  • Mixed orders welcome - combine carbon, brakes, suspension and trim on a single PO. Whatever makes a sensible order for you.
  • Factory-direct pricing - scaled to your volume, no dealer or distributor markup chain in between.
  • BMW OEM cross-reference - every SKU is matched to a BMW OEM part number on request, so it slots into the way your team already searches for parts.
  • UK-side handling - we deal with the freight forwarder, the customs broker, the duty paperwork. You see one invoice, one delivery.

Timelines, plainly

  • Ocean freight (the default and best price): factory to your door typically 5 to 6 weeks all-in, including UK customs clearance. We dispatch in waves so most orders catch the next shipment.
  • Air freight (for urgent or small orders): 7 to 10 days, costs more, happy to quote on the spot when you ask.
  • Stock items: a small UK-side stock of hot-moving SKUs - next-day or same-week dispatch. Ask which ones; the list grows over time.

If timing is tight, just tell us - we will find the most sensible way to get it to you.

How to start

  1. Get in touch - tell us roughly what chassis you mostly turn (E46, E9X, F-chassis, G-chassis, M-cars, X-models) and the kind of parts you are typically sourcing.
  2. We send the relevant slice of the catalogue with factory-direct pricing, usually within the same UK working day.
  3. You decide what makes sense as a first order: a single sample, a small mixed pallet, or a bigger spec list. There is no commitment until you place a PO.
  4. From there it is whatever rhythm suits your shop: repeat orders, one-offs, custom parts sourced on request.

A few common questions, answered

Do you have a minimum order?
No hard minimum on most SKUs. We work with shops doing 200-pound trial orders and shops doing 15,000-pound quarterly POs. The conversation adjusts to your scale.

Can you do custom-sourced parts not in the catalogue?
Often, yes. Send the BMW OEM part number or a description and we will check what our factories can do and what the lead time looks like.

What about quality and fitment risk?
Every SKU has been through factory QC. We are transparent if a part is OEM-equivalent versus styling-grade. Most customers start with a sample order before scaling, and we would suggest the same.

Payment terms?
Pro-forma for first orders, account terms available after a few cycles of business. Sterling invoicing, VAT-handled UK-side.
